Special thanks and kudos to Prof. Dr. Zamri Zainal Abidin (Head, Physics Department UM) and the physicist family for the opportunity to collaborate in hosting our inaugural sustainability course sharing session with hands-on activities.
Our appreciation also goes to Mr. Fadly of EcoKnights for joining us in representing the NGO by providing the platform for UM staff and students to be empowered and continuously contribute to a better and sustainable society.
This introductory sustainability course (sharing session) aims to promote a sustainable and carbon-neutral lifestyle among the staff of the Universiti Malaya. Participants were also encouraged to separate their waste at source throughout the event day, especially on food waste and recyclable plastics. Congratulations to Physics Department for the initiative and leadership to kickstart this enculturation intervention at their department level.
