About Campus Sustainability FYP@UM Program
This session is part of a capacity building program series for Campus Sustainability Final Year Project (FYP)@UM Session 2023/2024, with the theme: Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Just Net-Zero; an EcoCampus Living Lab Action Research Program under the coordination of EcoCampus, UM Sustainable Development Centre.
Main objectives of this program:
To support Final Year Undergraduate Projects (FYPs) that can address campus sustainability issues at Universiti Malaya, in line with the UM Sustainability Policy, UM EcoCampus Blueprint and the university's Carbon Neutral Vision.
To train students in conducting responsible, action-oriented research and to be proactively involved in solving real world sustainability challenges.
To empower the role of students to accelerate UM’s transition towards a sustainable and just net-zero campus.
1st Workshop: Data Collection for Action Research and Introduction to Data-Intensive Computing Centre (DICC) - 17 January 2024 (hybrid).
2nd Workshop: Professional Communication - 20 February 2024 (online).
